1. Acceptance of Protocol

By interacting with Kuala Lumpur Logic (the "Company"), including the digital presence at KualaLumpurLogic.digital, you confirm that you have read and understood these Terms of Service. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and the Company.

If you represent an organization, you warrant that you possess the authority to bind said entity to these analytics and logic standards. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must terminate your access to the site immediately.

2. Scope of Analytics Advisory

Kuala Lumpur Logic provides specialized consulting in logic systems and data-driven modeling. Our role is strictly limited to advisory and the provision of system verification tools. We do not provide financial, legal, or licensed engineering advice.

• All reports are based on the data sets provided by the client; we are not responsible for inaccuracies stemming from flawed source data.
• Logic systems are designed to offer statistical probabilities, not absolute guarantees of future performance.

4. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Malaysian law, Kuala Lumpur Logic shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our analytics tools.

Our total aggregate liability for any claim arising from these terms shall not exceed the amount paid by you, if any, for accessing our digital services during the twelve months preceding the claim.

5. Governance & Jurisdiction

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes arising out of the use of our logic systems shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Kuala Lumpur.
